This 45-quart cooler is designed to keep your provisions fresh and cold, thanks to its silicone rubber gasket and pressure-injected insulation. The Rototough construction makes it rot-proof, leak-proof, and dent-proof. It features tie-down slots for securing in your truck, boat, or UTV, and a 2” drain plug for quick draining. The cooler can hold up to 42 cans with 20 pounds of ice and is proudly made in the USA.

Our coolers are made from rotationally-molded LLDPE plastic for optimal durability, with features like a 2" drain for quick draining, tie-down slots for security, a locking system for safety, and IGBC certification for bear resistance. The hinge is built with an integrated design, the Bearclaw Latches are easy to use and retain a bear grip, and the coolers are pressure injected with up to two inches of foam for thermal properties.
